Client content ownership will be specified in individual service agreements.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of service delivery.

• Pricing information

• Proprietary processes and methodologies

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Platinum Media shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Lost profits or revenue

• Data loss or corruption

• Service interruptions or delays

Our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid for services in the previous 12 months.

Either party may terminate services:

• Upon material breach of these terms

• With written notice as specified in service agreements

• For convenience with agreed-upon notice period

Upon termination:

• All outstanding payments become due

• Access to services may be suspended

• Confidentiality obligations continue

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York, New York.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through:

• Email notifications

• Website announcements

• Service notifications

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
