AI should make humans better, not replace them. The autonomous-receptionist pitch is a category mistake in trust-heavy work — people want a human voice, especially when the stakes are high. The right tool sits behind the human.

A generic coach is worse than no coach. A tool that sounds like a template gets ignored or, worse, makes your team sound canned. That's why this is trained on your patterns and not bought off a shelf.

Privacy is the line. Coaching that routes your conversations and customer data to a third-party cloud for convenience is a risk we won't take on your behalf. Sensitive audio is processed where it can be controlled.

Status note

Ship-status: in development. The architecture is defined, and we're assembling training data with early partners; first deployments are planned for our partner cohort. It is not generally available yet — and we'll publish performance data only once we have real, measured deployments to point to. We'd rather tell you that than dress up a roadmap as a product.
